We have used Eventzilla for our virtual event registration management for four years. Setting up the registration portals both new or duplicating and updating for another iteration have been easy. Our attendees have not had any issues with it, which takes a lot of weight off managing an event.

This is my and my team's first time planning an event on this scale. From day one, Eventzilla has been so straightforward and easy to use. The way the system functions is so logical that it has been easy to implement and learn. When we've had questions, their support team has been responsive and helped us to learn the platform better and maximize our value. Every time we have come with a feature need, we've discovered that they already have it and are 10 steps ahead of us. I'm really excited for us to host this event because how easy Eventzilla has made it!

We needed a better option than just zoom and our CRM to run the online masterclasses and Eventzilla seemed to fit the bill. For the most, the platform has work relatively well for us. We've had to incorporate PlusThis to get the integration with Keap to work and it only lets you register for a single meeting instead of a recurring meeting with more than one event, which is unfortunate. Also had a couple of customer service emails go completely unanswered but for the most part, it has been a positive experience.

Eventzilla has been a really handy tool for managing events, especially when starting out. Setting up events is straightforward, and the platform is super user-friendly. I loved that everything I needed—ticket sales, programming, agendas, sessions, engagement tools, and even the event website—was all in one place. It made planning and running events so much easier and saved me a ton of time. One of the best parts is how it helps with engagement before and during the event, with tools that keep attendees involved and informed. It’s great for smaller and mid-sized events where you just want everything to flow smoothly without a lot of extra hassle. That said, as my events started to grow, managing a larger number of attendees became a bit trickier. Bulk updates and support tickets could feel a little overwhelming, and I think there’s room for improvement there. For bigger events, it might take some extra work to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, Eventzilla has been a solid platform that gets the job done efficiently for most of my event needs. It’s especially great if you’re looking for an all-in-one system to keep things simple and organized.

There are so many tools and customizations that are integrated into the platform that allow you to get as detailed as you'd like with your event. The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck. There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they registered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees.
