great - fast and trustworthy service.

Placed an order on 12/5/17. As of 12/19/17, do not have the merchandise, no one contacted me to say the order cannot be filled, I went on the website and tried to connect with the "LIVE CHAT". Every 2 minutes I received a messages saying my approximate wait time was "1 minutes 16 seconds...". I received that message 7 times every 2 minutes and gave up. I did phone in to a person who answered immediately, looked up my order and said they were waiting for the items from the manufacturer. I asked if they knew when they would be in; she said "no....maybe in a couple days...". I asked why I was not contacted to let me know; she had no answer. She was very polite however the company did not inform her of responses to folks looking for their order. Poor overall customer service. Possibly too big for their britches?

Bought several pieces of vacuum equipment. Never had problems. Timely delivery. Getting vacuum bag supplies all the time. Recommend

I don't purchase my Oreck Vacuum Cleaner Bags at the Oreck Store anymore. I purchase them on-line at the e-vacuumstore where the price can't be beat!

Ordered a new Electrolux power head on line on 12/9 and didn't hear anything back so on 12/13 I wrote in asking, I got a response saying they were waiting for delivery from manufacturer and would notify me when shipped. On 12/18 still hadn't heard anything and called. They said it was being shipped from the manufacturer again, when I pressed for info they finally said it was scheduled for delivery in February of 2018 another 2 months. I canceled order and now they are saying it will take 5 days to get a refund. They will have been working on my money for 3 weeks.

Purchased my vacuum last spring and had my contractor install it in my new home. We had a problem on our end and had to return it for a minor fix. The company helped us get it fixed and back in a timely manner. Great service. I recommend them and would buy from them again.
