I ordered a roller brush that was advertised as one for the Dirt Devil Swivel Glide Vision vacum cleaner. When I received the package it was not the right roller. I called eVacum to get a return authorization number. They were reluctant to give me one, but did after some discussion. Then I see they did not refund me the full amount. I guess they charged me a restocking fee. This was an error on their part, but still did not refund me the full amount. All I can say is the experience was not good and I will never give them my business again.

I received only half of my order, and when I called they said the second it was in the package,also. When we discussed it I was yold olay we will send a second. I have yet to receive it.

Took more than 5 days to ship out a simple part. Will avoid this merchant whenever possible in the future .

This small attachment worked wonderfully well on both my sewing machine and primarily my serger. the serger was the main reason I wanted the unit and it worked great getting into all the intricate areas of a serger. A+ for the tiny attachments.
