Nice product, works well but when I ordered ,they didn't ship right away. Canadien boat in the US...?but all went well after that. Received 2 days later than expected.

Communication is extremely difficult. I was never able to speak with anyone. I gave up trying to speak with technician regarding freezer portion of refrigerator not working. Several months later I was contacted by Representative. End result was they shipped a replacement refrigerator at no cost. For this reason, I have upgraded my experience rating. A suggestion; the owner’s manual is very vague and confusing. That needs improved. Secondly, if you don’t have purchase date, price and source of purchase their automated system will not allow you to contact them. Original refrigerator was received as a gift so I had no knowledge of purchase information.

It is true that the device failed, however customer service was over the top when diagnosing the problem and sending a replacement device. I would highly recommend this company in the future. Rodney Armfield

The Euhomy coolers are a lifesaver for me. I have a medical condition that requires me to travel with food that is safe for me to eat. I have a large one and now a smaller one and both work so well. It’s liberating to transport food without ice. These coolers are very well built and I look forward to using them for many years.

Great customer service, and the icy maker working very well and easy install.

Purchased nugget ice maker and I loved it until it decided to stop working! Was less than a year old. Contacted customer service and the made it work and I'm backed to enjoying my edible nuggets in less than 2 weeks!!
