I purchased an ice maker. It was exactly as described, but I didn’t realize that it did not store the ice. So I returned it. I'm was assisted throughout the return process by highly efficient customer service folk. I received a full refund. Very pleasant experience! I would happily purchase again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Euhomy! I had an issue with a product I purchased, but after contacting them, they got back to me quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. All my emails were answered promptly, and the customer service was excellent throughout. A reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

I bought the ice maker almost a year ago.I enjoyed using the ice maker, but after a few months, I have had a few issues. Every time I called or emailed for support, they were very prompt in responding. The last issue couldn't be fixed, the ice wouldn't release. So, the company had me try a few things. No luck. They decided to replace the ice machine as a way of resolving this issue. They have went above and beyond to help me with any problems I had. I truly appreciate their desire and dedication to helping with issues I encountered. Thank you so much for understanding. They have exceeded my expectations from a support team.

My compressor went on my ice maker. They told me exactly what I needed to do and exactly what documentation I needed. As soon as I did that and provided all the documentation, they sent me a new one with no trouble.

It worked very well. I did not try creating the crystal clear cubes as I needed a lot of large cubes quickly. I loved it.

Euhomy was extremely helpful with replacing a small component I had lost. They have wonderful customer service and great quality products.

The ice maker is great - I love the size of the ice. No issues there. What I don't like is the app experience and setting a schedule. I bought this model b/c it said it was programmable and I could schedule ice making to start at a specific time (like a coffee maker). So far it hasn't worked despite my creating a schedule on app. I tried to set it from the machine but hitting the - button to set it doesn't work. All that button does is pair with WiFi. I feel I was misled with this and it was the purpose of buying this product specifically.

We bought the Euhomy 19QT, 12 Volt car refrigerator for our 3 day travel up the west coast. We really love that we can use this in the car and then take it into the hotel. The cooler does not hold the cold temperature for long when you turn the car off. We did try a portable battery bank and that kept it cold and running for days. If you need an additional freezer, this cooler will refreeze an ice pack perfectly!
