If there was a score less than 1, they definitely deserve it. ets doesn't care about anything other than earning money in every possible way!! I had the home ibt TOEFL in January 2022, the proctor terminated my test without any specific reason!(She proposed that I have come back late to my exam from my 10 min break that was absolutely incorrect).ets even did not answer to my request to give me an evidence that I have come back late!!. I lost my matching process which was very important for me due to this illegal action of the ets and my Toefl not prepared for the deadline. Moreover I have lost the registration fee($CA 390) that they don't care about it too. After 1.5 month they finally answered to my numerous emails and phone calls with this answer "you can pay and take part in a new session of Toefl exam"!!!!!!!

Scammer. Under administrative review for 3 months. Crap company

I registered to take the at-home version of the GRE in January 2021. I reviewed all of the guidelines and requirements, and downloaded the "ETS browser." On test day, I opened the browser to discover that it requires that the user allow access to all files, contacts, history, etc on their computer...in perpetuity. I was astonished. Absolutely NOWHERE on their site does ETS or ProctorU indicate that you forego all privacy and provide them all data and information on any and everything you've ever done, anyone you've ever contacted, etc. Needless to say, this gross and abhorrent abuse of privacy failed all firewall and security software checks, so I was unable to complete the test. Rather than a refund in exchange for providing me absolutely nothing, ETS offered to let me "reschedule for free." Of course this was pointless, at it would still require giving up all privacy, and fail all firewall checks, in the future, as it had in the past. But I rescheduled, because it was the only option that I had. As the new date approached, I decided to pay even more to reschedule further into the future, while I determined my options. Eventually, I canceled entirely. ETS has refused to provide me any refund, despite acknowledging that their site in no way indicates this required invasion of privacy (which would be illegal on any other site). They have stolen more than $350 from me for providing absolutely, literally, nothing...other than a few emails with customer service. What a business model, right? Give me $350. Okay, in exchange I give you...nothing. Ever. ETS is an abhorrent, abysmal company with absolutely miserable and pathetic customer service and no respect whatsoever for their customers. There are MANY higher education institutions that no longer require the GRE or GMAT for admission, because they have also grown frustrated with the ETS monopoly (and its ever-shifting scoring guidelines that require admissions officers to review charts of scoring by test date year). ETS are literally thieves playing a shell game. They just have an LLC and legal representation, as well as a monopoly on college admissions tests...so they know they can get away with it, and don't care how that affects you.

Scam, will take your money however they can. Had my test cancelled as I checked the time on my phone by accident during my 10 minute break. Could easily have spent 9 minutes on a phone when I was permitted to go outside, so clearly a simple way for them to take my money rather than stop actual cheating (literally less than 5 seconds on my phone). When trying to contact support I waited in hours on the phone with no reply, then had to submit my request 12 times over chat before it was actually sent. Live customer support was unhelpful, to say the least. During the test itself I had several problems with their software, i.e. audio going out, video stopping, (I had done the equipment check multiple times before the test). The time they spent taking care of this was taken directly out of my test time. Due to this, I would have probably had to take it again no matter what - which seems to be this company's entire goal.

SCAM i got banned for violation an "unwritten" rule during the at home test. How could i have known ??? They don't evn answer to call nor offer refund i call that a scam

If a lower score than 1 was an option it would be given! Awful customer service who weren't helpfull at all. I tried to reschedule my test, which I should take in two days time, because a family emergency appeared, but because the emergency wasn't an 'Immediate Family death' rescheduling wasn't an option. At the same time, I think it is terribly customer service/ company policy that after ordering your test you can only receive half a refund if you later must cancel your test. And if you cancel the test with less than 4 days before the test would take place, you don't get a refund at all. WHAT A SCAM!

Je pensais que ça allait être sérieux. le lien du test ne fonctionne pas , sur Proctor aucune session n'a été réservé pour moi. sur leur site aucun humain c'est un robot virtuelle qui vous propose tout sauf ce dont vous avez besoin les deux sites se balancent la responsabilité le candidats deviens une balle de ping Pong . c'est honteux d'escroquer des étudiants , j'ai travaillé dur pour rassembler la somme qu'ils demandent,
