Terrible customer service. The worst. Worst than the worst. My test wouldn't upload...I paid over 100.00- no refund. No explanation...wait 10 days for an investigation!? I'm trying to get a job, this test is required; ETS absolutely failed me. Tech issues on their end have caused a million headaches for me.

Terrible. Just read to me what was on the website. I had already read that. Also I am sorry but if you are going to to be servicing to United States and Canada you have to be able to speak English. The lady could not understand me and I could not understand her. Also online help could not fix my problem I had to do it myself. Joke of a company. How have these companies not been investigated for fraud and monopoly. The amount of people who have lost money.

Someone close to me studied for months for the GRE and raised her score. ETS voided it, saying it was too different from an earlier attempt. No evidence of wrongdoing. No explanation of what she supposedly did. No person to appeal to who could actually reconsider. Just a form letter, a voided score, a year-long ban on retesting, and a graduate application left in ruins. Think about what that means. These exams are proctored from every angle: cameras, screen monitoring, a full room scan before you can begin. If their own system flags a score as suspicious, they're admitting the monitoring they force on every student can't confirm whether anyone cheated. That's their failure, but the student pays for it with their score, their money, and a year of their career. Improvement is the entire point of studying. Punishing it as if it were fraud is backwards. Read the reviews here and you'll see this isn't rare, it's a pattern, and real futures are being broken by an unaccountable process with no name attached to the decision. If this happened to you, you are not alone, and it should not be happening.

I wish I saw this reviews before letting this company steal my hard earned money, worst experience ever with the test at home, they don't tell you all you need for the exam like a second laptop or a second or third phone, they just steal students money.

My test was scheduled for 4pm MST. I had a registration confirmation email stating that, and the ETS test browser reflected that scheduled time. However, I wasn't allowed to start cleck-in. It was a hassle to get any help, the AI chat was useless at first, I had to call customer service, only to be told to go back to the AI chat and type "agent" to get a live person. He was no help, just said my test was scheduled for 7pm EST, which was WRONG! He told me to wait 1 hour, until 5pm MST to take the test, but that was not OK! I carefully planned my schedule, made my husband leave the house, left work early, and ETS screws up and I'm the one paying for it. I called customer service again asking for a supervisor who maybe would at least refund part of my test fee, but they put me on hold and then said they didn't have anyone available and they would "get back to me in 24 hours". I was already nervous enough about this test, and with all the added stress ETS added on by making this scheduling mistake, by the time I started the test I could barely focus. Not to mention the proctor's "procedure" to make sure I wasn't cheating... the only places he didn't ask to check were under my skirt and inside my nostrils. All the customer service, technical support and the proctor had a thick Indian accent and obviously were overseas. The next day they called me saying that because I was able to take the test they won't give me a refund or partial refund for their error and the inconvenience and stress it caused me. If we're late for our appointment to take a test they'll penalize us without a refund, but they can mess up our appointment time with no accountability. I'm never testing from home again with ETS and wish they weren't the only option for professional licensing exams.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Their team is off shore with limited English skills. If you need to test a group as a school district, start months in advance as there is NO way to reach anyone and they do not get back to you or understand a sense of need or urgency.

Des VOLEURS. Après avoir programmé mon test pour le mauvais horaire, du à leur interface pas claire, je n'ai pas pu me présenter au test et ETS ne me propose aucune solution, pas de reprogrammation ni de remboursement possible. Ils ne sont pas du tout commerçants et absolument pas sympas au téléphone ainsi que par mail. Le service client est catastrophique. Le fait de proposer aucune solution et de se garder l'argent est dégueulasse. Ils se font de l'argent sur le dos des étudiants qui peuvent à peine se payer le test qui coûte une fortune et ils mettent en péril leurs études. Fuyer, ne passer surtout pas ce test.
