Thank you Andy, helping you get tickets to see your Bengals in the Super Bowl was a real treat. Think of us the next time you need tickets to your next bucket list event. All the best.
EXTREMELY SHADY. THIS IS REALLY A ZERO STAR REVIEW. I ordered 3 tickets for Belmont Stakes equaling $179 in total. I was to receive them TODAY! 61022 by email maybe I say this because my ESEATS.COM account only says Delivery Method TM Mobile, I don't know what that means. Earlier today I called 480-361-2708, which is the number on the website. A man, who was clearly answering from a cell because I could hear the background street noise, said he could not look up my account because he was Nowhere near a computer! I asked him how the tickets were to be delivered and after a couple of UMs and UHs he said it should be an email with Tickets transferred by the owner, Ticketmaster. As a secondary attempt I went back to the website to use their ONLINE CHAT feature. I typed in my info and it looked like a rep named Debbie picked up. I typed Please give me a status on my order and it cycled me back to the line asking me to type in my info. Debbie disappeared, so after 2 more times typing in my info and being cycled back to the start, I knew I was SCAMMED by ESEATS.COM. It is 1122PM and I have received nothing by email, text or Ticketmaster app. I started a chargeback on my CCARD, which was not easy, they have a police against event tickets being charged back. I pleaded my case and gave them the same details above and they allowed my chargeback. So to quote an old cliché, BUYER BEWARE. P.S. In answer to his reply. I don't have the tickets in any folder of my email and it's now Saturday. I called Friday afternoon US time trying to get help to an event taking place Saturday and he offered none. FACT: I don't have my tickets. Fact: You didn't help me find my tickets FACT: Your website chat was useless. FACT: you sent me a closely cropped screen cap of a confirmation that shows completely different delivery status info from what I see when I log in my account on YOUR WEBSITE, ON SATURADAY MORNING. The FACT is you SCAMMED me and your very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE skills show when your best excuse is "I happen to be in Europe." You spent more time on your reply to the review than help getting my tickets.

The person who filed this review is a scam artist who tried to use negative reviews online to pressure us to refund his purchase. We delivered the exact tickets the client ordered. The client sent us an email asking us to cancel their order due to a sickness, but as cannot cancel orders once they are processed we refused to issue a refund. After receiving their tickets, the client filed a chargeback dispute with their credit card company. eSeats won the chargeback.
ESeats, works great and Bob was amazing on the customer service. Thank you for making the transfer seamless. Andres

I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

Simply not the case. This specific event, the CLF Final is a major international event with a lot of fraud taking place. This is a new, international client making a very high dollar amount order without any prior purchase history with our company. The customer has an invalid telephone number when we tried to call, has no WhatsApp number we can verify, and a high fraud score. Most importantly, the client would not verify a nominal charge under $3 that we applied to their credit card. This raises serious red flags since it shows whether the person making the purchase can. Verifying a nominal charge has access to the account which is being used to pay for the tickets. We very much have tickets to sell, but this is a very risky scenario that any careful merchant would avoid. By avoiding fraudulent orders we can keep our prices competitive for everyone else.
Great personalized service that went an extra mile+ to make sure we had the best possible tickets under a deadline.

Amazing Experience! Having someone personally reach out to you after ticket sales and ensure you get them and know all the details is reassuring. This isn’t some big corporate blah blah .. you can seriously tell they care about their clients and customers. Promise you won’t go wrong. ALSO THE SEATS & SERVICE was AMAZING! 100/100

I heard that eSeats was very good through word of mouth so decided to give them a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. Thanks again Bob, I appreciate the fast support I received and hopefully I'll be able to do business with eSeats in the future! Billy
