This company stands behind their products. They are good to their word, and I will not hesitate to buy high quality LiFePo4 batteries from this company for a third time! The only reason to give anything less than 5 stars is that the customer service feels a little like jumping into a black hole, but eventually they come through!

a. Awesome technical support. b. Lousy BMS update process. c. Abominably slow shipping to commercial accounts. d. If you don't understand two day shipping, you don't understand Internet Commerce.

Flawless performance in my motorhome! I’ve been using two Epoch 12V 460Ah batteries in my motorhome for three months now, and they’ve been absolutely flawless. Luke recommended this setup, and I’m so glad I followed his advice. It’s been perfect for my needs and has honestly performed even better than I expected. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Definitely recommend Epoch Batteries!

I’ve had a great experience with Epoch Batteries, especially their 36V battery. The quality and performance have been excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase. What truly makes the experience stand out is the customer service. Luke has taken great care of me—he’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always helpful. Great products backed by great service. Highly recommended!

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Called several times with questions. One time I didn't even leave a message but they called me back. I also was in a job that required customer service and sad to say my company never provided the service that I received from Epoch. Will definitely refer them to others. Do yourself a favor when looking for these type of batteries and spend the extra for their knowledge and support.

Recently we had a battery issue while camping. We decided it was time to step up to a lithium battery. We were searching for at least a 200 ah and found a 300 ah essential at an RV Dealership in Klamath Falls Oregon. We made the trip to town got the battery and the next day I was wanting to connect to the Bluetooth feature and was having no luck. I called the support line and got Kevin. We tried to do some troubleshooting and had no luck. Kevin told me that he would investigate things further and give me a call back!!!! ( At this point, in my mind I just got blown off) A couple hours later and I get a phone call from Kevin!!!! This is refreshing, someone doing what they said they would!!!! Kevin also brought Stephen into the mix at this point and they both were trying to help solve the problem!!!!! They told me they would stay on it until it was fixed... couple hours pass and I try it again and the problem has been solved. Having people tell me they will do something and then have them do it is truly refreshing in a world where customer service seems to be a lost commodity!!!!! Thanks again for the great service!!!

I've been using my Epoch golf cart battery for almost a year now, never really had any issues but when I called in about what to do for winter, Chris answered immediately which is rare these days and told me everything I need to do when putting my cart away for winter. Great company!!
