Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the door gasket was easy to install, and we understand your concern about the price. Our pricing reflects the value of genuine OEM parts, and we strive to align with the manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing. Additionally, our prices take into account the ongoing costs of maintaining a reliable website and providing access to knowledgeable customer service representatives who are here to support you with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to hear your feedback.

Hello, We are deeply sorry for the frustration and time this experience cost you. You patiently waited a month and chose to give us more time, only to receive an incomplete order. Having to repeat information you had already provided, including photos, understandably left you feeling unheard. We then added to that frustration by issuing a refund without asking whether you preferred a replacement, and by initially refunding less than half of what you paid. You should never have had to contact us again to receive the rest of your money. We let you down at several points, and we take responsibility for that. You deserved careful attention, clear communication, and a resolution that respected your wishes. We sincerely apologize for failing to provide that care and for giving you so many reasons to lose confidence in us.

Hello, Thank you for your continued support! We’re glad the replacement remotes work so well with your Samsung TVs. It sounds like your dog gave the last one quite the sendoff! We appreciate you choosing us again and hope this remote stays safely out of reach of curious paws.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that receiving several small shipments can be inconvenient and that you would prefer to wait for one complete delivery. We ship items separately to get orders to our customers sooner, as all items for an order are not always stocked at the same warehouse. We appreciate your suggestion to offer the option of waiting for a complete shipment and will share it with our team.
