Usually I don’t review things but I’ve really enjoyed using Epic Sweep so far. Its super easy to get started since u can play directly from ur browser and u don’t have to download anything or enter a cc. The games r fun & the platform feels clean and straightforward. One thing that really stood out to me was how fast the payouts were ( which made the whole experience feel much more trustworthy) I also like that u dont actually have to spend money to participate or have a chance to win since there r free ways to get Sweepstakes Coins. I’ve even told a few of my friends about it & they’ve been loving it too. Overall it’s been a really smooth and enjoyable experience!

I purchased the 40$ package. I played for less than 20 min with that , never winning, playing 20 to 40 cents a spin. All dead spins. I'll never play on this site again. I've played on over 100 sites and this site goes in my "never play again they don't let you win" folder in my bookmarks.

Sorry to hear your session didn’t go your way, Jason — we know that’s frustrating. Our games have high variance, so short sessions can swing heavily either direction, and outcomes can feel “cold” even when everything is functioning normally. That said, we do see big wins and redemptions every day across the same titles. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team so we can review your purchase and gameplay session details (email on the account + approximate time of play). We’re happy to take a closer look and help however we can. We’d also love the chance to earn another try when you’re ready.
Had the best and worst time with this casino. I turned the $1 they gave me, into $500 tried to redeem. Declines my verification. I've chatted with support and emailed with them. Was told they reset something with my account to try again. They had me do the same thing over and over. 10 trys later and it still won't work.. Went back in to play some and try again.. seems the only thing they reset was the games. Made them harder to win. Very disappointed ...................... response to epics reply. I did indeed try again to verify my identity I actually tried probably 5 times. Still declined it. This is the first time of anything being said about it being due to blurry pictures. Only thing I was told. Was I had to wait 72 hours to try again.. so now. Even more disappointed..

Hi Shanna sorry to hear this has been so frustrating. On the verification: your KYC attempt wasn’t approved because the document photos came through too blurry to validate. That’s why our team asked you to restart the verification and resubmit clearer images. At this time, we don’t see a new verification attempt started after that request. On the games: we don’t adjust odds or change game difficulty based on verification status or account sessions. Results can vary a lot from session to session because gameplay is naturally volatile, but settings don’t change on our end per user. If you’d like, reply here or reach out to support and we’ll help you restart the verification the right way so you can move forward.

Thanks, Zachariah! We really appreciate the recommendation — glad our team was able to help quickly. 🙏
For right now I'm giving one star. Waited about 1 week for redemption, of 100$ which is the minimum. Took me contacting customer service for them to deal with it. Well then they said they sent it which I never received. So yah. 1 star from me. UPDATE: After contacting customer service, they looked into it and tried to figure it out. Apparently it was something on their payment providers end. Im changing my review from 1 star to 5. Once I contacted customer service they were in constant contact with me. Henry seriously helped me until it got resolved which was not the norm for sweepstakes sites. They also provide a 10% freeplay for the inconvenience. Was very pleased by how Customer service and especially how henry responded and kept me in the loop and were literally on it and helped resolve this. Thanks!

Hi Jace! 👋 Thank you for sharing your experience and we're truly sorry for the frustration this caused. You deserved better, and we completely understand the 1-star rating. After looking into this, the delay was caused by an error on our payment provider's side not something you should have ever had to deal with. We're glad to confirm your redemption has now been successfully processed! 🎉 Just so you know, redemptions at EpicSweep are typically completed within an hour so this was absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. We're working closely with our payment provider to make sure this doesn't happen again. If everything looks good on your end, we'd love it if you'd consider updating your review but either way, we're really glad it's all sorted now and hope to see you back soon! 🎰 Warmly, The EpicSweep Team 💜
