My husband cashed out his winnings of 100 dollars on July 10th and it is now July 14th and the redemption is still pending. On July 11th he got an email saying redemption time is slower and that they wont even be able to start processing til monday or tuesday. it is now 4pm on tuesday and still nothing. Maybe I will update my review IF and WHEN he gets his money but until then, I do not recommend playing on this casino.

Hi Mikayla, we’re really sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating this is. We recently experienced slower processing times with our payment provider and banking partner, which affected some redemptions. Our team has been working through the backlog, and we expect processing to return to our usual timeframe of nearly instant to within one business day. Please have your husband contact support so we can check the current status of his redemption directly.
No fun playing with the feeling or knowledge your not gonna win here. Let start by saying I'm retired ,live alone and can't get out and about as I would like to. So playing these sweep casinos is kinda my thing. I have ,do or will play and assess every site out there. To say the least I'm a very avid player as well as critic. Whoever runs most of these sights are ignorant to what an experienced avid player like myself can assess about a site in short order. When you play the same slots across the board from site to site it easily becomes apparent when a slot does not play like it should, for whatever reason, they restrict it, lower the RTP, manipulate the outcomes or just flat out rig them to rob you blind. Yea there are many subtle signs that give away the true nature of and distinguishing one site from another right or wrong good or bad despite what they would have you believe. The house ALWAYS wins in the long run. So first impressions are everything to nurture loyalty and one's willingness to make purchases. This isn't a good site to try your luck at. Your gonna be really, really lucky if you hope to actually win a redeemable amount which is 100 SC on this site. Good luck. The higher the min.to redeem the easier for them to lead you into believing you got a chance of redeeming. They got wiggle room per say. Even if you get a decent win here and there you got little chance of building on it before they take it all back. Listen there is not a single one that is not shady and only wish to fleece you for all your willing to give them it's just distinguishing the better one's from the worst. This one is in the latter list in my opinion. I doubt I'll be playing there ever again , don't recommend them to anyone and advise you to go elsewhere. And the fact I can't recommend any of them sums the whole sweep casino rage up in a nutshell. Not much good to say about any of them. However there are far better sites than Epic Sweeps. And I'll be the first to admit I'm a fool for playing on any of them.. Epic sweeps you may fool the nieve, but your ignorant to the wise., and I'm telling it like it is. ******************************************* I had like 13 SC left before writing this. Went back and spun it to 0 SC spinning .10 and .20 a spin and never barely got a couple wins, if you want to call it that. The fCt remains no matter what you say about RNG or RTP. These games are coded, scripted, rigged, manipulated in every way possible to fleece you for all they can get in every way imaginable and that's on top of the house edge you AI and the algorithms working against us as well. It's more complicated , precise and patterned than your generic explanation you like to quote. And it's not all the casino it's the game providers just as greedy and unfair as the casinos if not more so. Combine the twe and it's criminal what your doing to take people's money.. And its only getting worse,But I'll tell you a secret your all self destructing blindly and ignorantly.

Hi Keith, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand that disappointing gameplay can be frustrating, especially when expectations do not match the outcome of a session. Our games are based on random outcomes, which means results can vary significantly from player to player and from session to session. Because of that, individual experiences can feel very different, even on the same game. We also want to be clear that outcomes are not manually manipulated. We take fairness seriously and work with regulated game providers that use certified random systems. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you would like us to review your experience in more detail, please contact our support team and we will be happy to look into it further.
I purchased the 40$ package. I played for less than 20 min with that , never winning, playing 20 to 40 cents a spin. All dead spins. I'll never play on this site again. I've played on over 100 sites and this site goes in my "never play again they don't let you win" folder in my bookmarks.

Sorry to hear your session didn’t go your way, Jason — we know that’s frustrating. Our games have high variance, so short sessions can swing heavily either direction, and outcomes can feel “cold” even when everything is functioning normally. That said, we do see big wins and redemptions every day across the same titles. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team so we can review your purchase and gameplay session details (email on the account + approximate time of play). We’re happy to take a closer look and help however we can. We’d also love the chance to earn another try when you’re ready.
