Please avoid!!! I'm never one to talk bad about a casino, granted theyre legit. I know that variance exists. So when I tell you that EpicSweep is shady and dishonest, that is a well thought out 100% for sure thing. They are manipulating the games. Gameplay history can prove this. Over the course of 100 spins, I recorded the same 5 winning and losing symbol combinations for ~80% of those 100 spins. Variance is one thing, but getting the same results over such a large number of different outcomes, it's not variance, nor coincidence. It is straight up dishonesty and manipulation.

First redemptions failed twice due to "unknown reasons" after 3-4 weeks of waiting. After that I had to swap to a different bank, and support refused to process a redeem to a different card or bank or ANYWHERE but the card I used to make the purchase. They instead refunded my $35 instead of paying out my $500 in winnings. Apart from them being absolute scammers their platform is trash compared to other sweeps casinos. There are tons of better more trustworthy options out there than EpicSweeps. If you're looking for somewhere safe to spend your money this isn't it.

I haven't really played on here much. but if they got pragmatic games. Its obvious they're a scam. Pragmatic left the US completely. Because of sweepstakes casinos being sued. Do you home work before playing on these social casinos. They have every excuse under the sun to not pay and not verify or to just delete you. They reply on here to keep the scam going. Eventually they'll end up in court. The man hiding behind the curtain will be revealed.

I won and tried to withdraw after days of waiting they said it’s taking longer than usual because of the company they use for payments. They then send an email saying I wasn’t eligible for it for some reason. Avoid. There are better places to play online than this scam.

I’ve tried to get my account verified for a couple of days now! It’s hasn’t gone through and it’s very frustrating! It should have been done by now so I can redeem my winnings

UPDATE (August 26, 2026): Still zero direct resolution from customer support, but an official watchdog case has been opened with SweepsGuard (Case #318). The investigator has been handed the complete paper trail, including my W-9 tax submissions and support agent Henry's email explicitly confirming my $7,500 payout was approved and processing a full month before the account lock. EpicSweep has been issued a firm deadline of Friday, August 29 to explain why they accepted my tax documents and then permanently disabled my single funded account (rt2023111gmail.com). I am fully cooperating with the investigation and expect human management to manually override this broken automated bot error and release my legitimate funds.
