My customer service agent was extremely polite, knowledgeable, provided me with the exact information I requested and did so in a very timely manner! I was completely satisfied with her assistance. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the cost of shipping. I need a replacement key for my e-bike battery lock which the key itself is free. However shipping the key is outrageous. Shipping would cost would be approximately $20 to have a single key shipped to me by mail and it would take over two weeks to receive. I can literally buy a new lock and set of keys from Amazon and have it in just a couple of day's. Personally I believe that since I am not permitted to have a choice or option of wether the battery is locked or not making a key an absolute necessity to use their product it should be provided to me free of cost shipping included.
