This is an amazing e bike. It was delivered before the expected date. Easy to assemble and came fully charged. The bike has a light but very sturdy frame providing a smooth ride It’s very quick to start out. Powerfull. Going up the hills around her. The tech support was very quick to respond to a question I had I highly recommend this EOEOTWO bike

Amazing support when I had an issue with the bike. Had to replace battery and they were understanding and gave me a discount. In the process of figuring out the shutting off issue, I had a guy look at the bike. I believe he changed some of the hidden settings and they were able to help me with instructions on a factory reset. Very timely with what I needed and just all around a great bike with a great support team. I look forward to don't be more business with this company in the future!
