The Experience was phenomenal... Scooter came ahead of schedule. Assembled it and had the Young Lady ready to Ride in about 30 minutes.. In less the 4hrs the Young Lady took a spill and left the scooter inoperable.. This was on A Friday after 5pm CST on Memorial Day Weekend... I Reached Out Not Expecting A Response until Monday.. Customer responded that night.. Rectified the problem.. Covered 2 of the 3 parts that I needed for free.. Solid Company!!!

GT06 scooter is smooth ride also when my rear shock absorber broke off after 3 yrs of riding I contacted the eoeotwo company sending the a pic and information about the rear absorber they right away contacted me and offered a good deal for a new rear shock absorber. Ms. Huang who help me was professional and helpful.

After experiencing a wire issue where my bike wouldn't crank, I reached out for help and was connected to Charles Kingsley. He provided detailed steps and videos to help solve my issue. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable about my issue and offered a resolution. Thank you for the help!

The electric scooter offers great value for the price, with a strong motor, comfortable seat, and solid tires that make the ride feel stable and practical for everyday use.
