EntirelyPets PharmacyReviews of entirelypetspharmacy.com

Your prices are great but your reliability and communication is terrible. Auto ships cannot be reviewed on your website. You must call to get any information which means if you live on the east coast you can’t do it in the morning. When you ship short you do not communicate when balance will ship and do not email when it has. You do not return phone calls when you say you will.

There was no follow up on an order I put in Aug 18. I also left a mssg for someone to call me last week but they did not. I am assuming my order has been cancelled.

I liked them, everything has always gone well, and I've been a repeat customer for several years.

This is a great company, their reps are very sharp, they know the products, very helpful extremely polite, I highly recommend them for your pets needs/

I received a 20% off store-wide promo, and placed items in my card, entered the coupon code, and nothing happened. Couldn't get the order to go through. Called in, and the rep said the coupon couldn't be used with the item (despite the coupon being listed as "store wide" with no restrictions) and said the item was on backorder. Seemed weird, so I sent an email asking for help, and was told to call in. Replied saying I already did, and was ignored. Oh well. Guess I will order elsewhere.

Took almost 1 month to receive my order. Spoke with Customer service multiple times and they were not helpful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. If you would even call it "customer service"! For a $95 container of Posatex (an ear medication), they sent a product that was virtually expired, sitting on their shelves for probably a year! I've purchased the same exact product from vet with more than year to go to expiration. EntirelyPets sent me the product which expires in the next month! I immediately called them when I saw this upon delivery, it's over a week later and two other calls to them and no one has bothered to call me back. I also emailed them in the interim with no response back either. I either want my money back or a new product (with an expiration of 6 mos - 1 year old) in place of this old product. They simply will not offer me an alternative and will not even return my calls. I wasted my money with them!

Great discount code offers!! Shipping could be a little quicker for $6.95
