Out of the blue, I get an alert from my credit card company that your company tried to charge my account for something I never ordered or authorized. No advance notice of the attempted charge either. My last purchase was about 2 months ago and nothing is needed or due at this time. Not happy about that. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the purchase.

Did not have the product I needed. It was backordered. I have had problems in the past and avoided you for awhile. This makes me want to do so again.

I go to Petsmart about once a week for cat food and i am always greeted with a hello and all staff members are very pleasant.
