Couldn't give a zero otherwise I would. Have waited twice over 1 hour on the phone to organize a refund as goods purchased not allowed through customs. Quite a number of other customers in the same boat. I should have read all the reviews first. No chance of refund as no one ever gets back to you by phone or email!!! Find another pet supplier if can.

I've received countless emails, phone calls and calls from my vet. I've cancelled any orders and any business with the company repeatedly since last spring. It's going on eight months and they are still emailing and calling me saying they are shipping an order?! As soon as I talk to someone and they confirm and I get a confirmation email everything has been cancelled.. They start again. I swear to God I've talked by phone and email, they'll send me an email saying my business is finished then ten minutes later they're shipping an order.. Before I've even responded. They contact my vet constantly and have upset them and get calls me allo to complain. I have reported it and there's no place to remove my payment info. They keep trying to charge me and overdraft my account. I'm going to file this as fraud with the bank but they won't stop harassing me. Never ever order from them.. they can't be trusted.

Absolute trash customer service. I had to open a paypal dispute to get any answers. Took over 20 days for delivery. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Chewy.

I have ordered from them before. I just had to cancel my most recent order because they are so incredibly disorganized and non-responsive. If you email them, no one answers. They didn't even have what I needed in stock and the website said nothing about it, let me order it no problem. After a week they let me know it was out of stock and it would be two weeks. I finally called them today, still out of stock (it's been two weeks) and they have no idea when stuff is coming in. They also could not accept my emailed prescription and did not call my pet's vet, they said it wasn't on file. First, I've ordered from them before, so it should be on file. Second, the form you fill out, regardless if you're a returning customer, requires vet information. And EVERY time, the info you include in the form does not actually go to them. I found another online pet pharmacy (where the medication was cheaper by $20) that not only had everything in stock but their form works, they called the vet, and the medication has been shipped. That all happened in the span of two hours today. Why Entirely Pets can't get it together I have no idea. I'm only giving them two stars because their pet rewards are good.
