Negative stars. Shop owner said he would call me back that day. No promised call back, no responses to emails. No return call from message left on answering machine. Asked to cancel order. Will not buy from again.

Placed an order in April. The wrong item was sent. It’s been a almost two months now, and I have yet to receive a return label. After calling the customer service number several times, I came to realize that this company is a scam. I’m out $150. Never again! Beware of this company.

Order placed on 29 April. On 2 may I reached out for a status to be told it was on backorder until 20 May. On 20 and 23 May I responded to the previous email exchange...no response. Tried ringing today 26 May, only a busy signal. Did they go under? IDK. Is the customer service utter crap...why yes it is.

I ordered an expensive supplement for my pet at the beginning of April. It is now Mid-May 2022 and I haven't received it and they won't issue a replacement or refund. Customer Support claimed it was shipped and delivered via FedEx but I didn't even get a shipping confirmation. The seller filed a claim with FedEx and I waited and followed up, and waited, for over two weeks, and no resolution. Instead of actively helping by issuing a replacement or refund, they are waiting to get a response from FedEx. Bottom line, they took my money, did not deliver the product, and will not make an effort to help. Not to talk about a replacement or refund which is standard these days. It is unacceptable. I recommend purchasing from a more recognizable seller that has better customer service. And contacting the seller to ask about their policies should the product not be delivered or if it's delivered but it's damaged.

I ordered flea & tick products--they were shipped promptly and arrived in just a few days.

This is a bogus company, they take your money and never send you the order. Try calling them at the number listed on the web site!!! Good luck or try e-mail, that does not work either, good luck.

Preferred all purchases to be shipped out in 1 package; or at least to email buyer if prefer a split shipment when purchase items not available.
