Parts were competitively priced, arrived in good shape and worked as promised. I did have some trouble with shipping. Parts were said to be in stock and it took 2 weeks and 2 phone calls, that I was hung up on, and an email before my shipment was processed and sent out. Once the my parts were shipped it only took a few days to arrive. Might try them again in the future.

We were sourcing a Control Valve with an Actuator. Energy Control was closed on News Years Eve. We left a message and received a phone call first AM on Monday. The parts were delivered on Wednesday Jan 5th... Thank You

Component was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. We then had to reach out to be informed that they did not have the component in stock and that there is a back order at the factory. We have yet to receive the component which is understandable due to a factory issue. However waiting a week and not being sent any kind of update without reaching out is unacceptable.
