If you say you have an item in stock it should SHIP that day or the following day. It has been 7 days and order still has not shipped. Order has not moved! I have also Opened a support case on the 09.14 I just checked it and it has not even been started. POOR lack of communication. If you do not have the item let me know and I will resource some where else. This is very bad business!

The very "rare" part I needed was available here. I was able to get an operational screen for our DOAS unit on the roof. "Apparently" these remotes are not made anymore, but I found it! Thank you.

Hi There We are pleased to know you are happy with the item! we look forward to working with you again warmly, Gloria Miller
It was easy to order the T stat I needed. This model is no longer manufactured, so I was pleased to find it in stock at Energy Control Technologies. I don't care for the newest digital thermostats, they seem to be programmed to override the settings I select.
