I made my order on the 28th of December. After waiting a few days I emailed them (1/8) and found that they were out of my product and was expecting it next week. Finally shipped on 1/13 with no tracking number. I finally received the package 1/21. When I order again from them I will give myself a month leeway to cover any other problems.

I apologize that the A4 size Card Stock was briefly on back order. We work hard with our suppliers to keep inventory on hand. I am sorry that there was some unexpected demand for this and we fell short. We post availability online and reach out personally as well to be sure our customers know when something is on back order. Difficult to find (even in Germany) imported quality German product, shipped well packed.
