The pick-up and drop-off from the RV were very quick, mainly due to the self check-in. Staff was also kind and helpfully. An free early pick-up, like it was a couple of years ago, would have been pretty.

Great service and friendly, competent, solution-oriented staff (5 Stars) The vehicle was „well-worn“(3 Stars), but after some minor modifications, we covered 4,400 miles in 9 States in 30 days together. Good contact with the Road Care team. Thanks again

I had a great experience with El Monte RV! Gio made the check-in process smooth and easy, and had me out on the road in no time. The manager also made the return/check-out process just as seamless. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely rent from El Monte RV again!
