Check out process was easy . Lots of communication leading up to pick up. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that our team was helpful and that you found our communication and checkout process so smooth.
We found at the first hookup, that the dump line was faulty and created a sanitation problem. There was a sharp conection on the foot of the main bed which cut skin as the bed was being made. We did like how the rig handled on the mountain roads as well as the freeway.

The main reason I gave 4 stars was,the refrigerator did not work, causing a very big problem. Made the outing very stressful, Was a chain of bad events, chasing ice and a ice chest that i had to buy, and it had a leak. The I went to the San Bernardino office to turn it in and ,Desiree did everything within her powers to make it better. She is the best thing about El Monte Rv.

Fourth time Renter ...I think it's crazy that you only offer a few return appointments. Many of the RV tank gauges didn't work correctly when we had no idea if our gray water was full or not your website is not very clear on what is provided on a mighty B it said that the bedding would be included on the queen bed, which it wasn't.

We are glad you enjoyed your overall experience enough to rate us four stars, but we acknowledge the frustrations you encountered. We are currently reviewing our return appointment availability to offer more flexibility. Additionally, our maintenance team is actively inspecting the utility sensors to ensure they function correctly, and we are updating our website descriptions so that the included amenities for our fleet are completely clear and accurate for future trips.
We had relative new RV which made all difference but we found the floor could have been cleaner and also in the laundry pack a tea towel a dish cloth could have been provided . The bedding needs updating to duvet and not blankets and decent pillows would be good !!

We are glad you enjoyed our modern vehicle, but we regret that the cleanliness of the cabin floor, the provided linens, and the kitchen essentials did not meet your expectations. We are currently reviewing our inventory and cleaning procedures to ensure better comfort and convenience for future guests.
Lots of broken things. Didn’t get any discount on failing battery in vehicle. Make sure to call service if you have something happen because they won’t discount you upon return unless you call first

We are currently reviewing our communication procedures to ensure our guests know how to get assistance and compensation during their trip.
The Team from el Monte was very frindly. The RV was good. we had some Problems on the Road but we got good help from El Monte

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the RV and even gave him the nickname “Bil”! From start to finish, we had a great experience and made some wonderful memories travelling aroute 66 for the 1st time. The only real disappointment was that our pick-up was delayed by two hours. The team did their best to accommodate us and refunded the early pick-up fee, which we appreciated. We also were told that the linen was missing, and although we were refunded for this as well, we had to spend time shopping for linen ourselves. Unfortunately, this put us more than two hours behind schedule. Despite these initial hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Bil and are grateful for the experience. With a smoother pick-up and everything ready to go from the start, it would have been an even better experience! Drop off qent smoothly.
