We appreciate your feedback on your first rental experience. We're glad you found the RV nice overall. We regret that the explanation of items and usage wasn't clearer, and we apologize for the broken bed. We are addressing these points to improve for future renters.
There was an issue with are our RV when we went to pick up. However the manager was open and honest about it (the slideout wasn’t working) and helped by moving us into a different model. In addition, they provided a significant discount and were so supportive and kind! Things can happen but it’s all about how you handle it and this company was top notch!

We're truly happy to hear that our team was able to assist you effectively when an unexpected issue arose with your initial RV. We appreciate you acknowledging our manager's transparency and our efforts to ensure you still had a positive experience by providing a different model and a discount. We always aim to handle unforeseen circumstances with the utmost care and support. Thank you for your kind words!

While renting an RV long term is never cheap, if you don't have your own RV, El Monte is the next best thing. Prices are competitive with some promos available usually and the vehicles are updated and in good shape when you get them; even though we will always do a deep clean of our own after pick-up. Pick-up and drop-off can sometimes be slow if there are a lot people waiting, so leave additional time. Roadside support is excellent. Until I buy my own RV, it will be El Monte RV every summer.

We are so happy to hear that our RVs met your expectations for being updated and in good shape. We appreciate your understanding regarding potential wait times during pick-up and drop-off, and we are always working to streamline these processes. It's wonderful to know that our roadside support was excellent and that you plan to choose us for your summer adventures until you acquire your own RV. We truly value your continued business.
We rented a A class RV expecting we would get a A class RV. Instead we got a A- RV. It was faling apart! We can understand that everyone wants to rent one and not everybody looks after it. But what we do expect is it to be in order. We felt it was not checkt out. We still payed a lot of money and in fact it was not worth it. Next time we are going to look somewhere else

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disappointing it was to book a Class A RV and receive a vehicle that felt worn and not properly prepared, especially given the cost of the rental. Your comments regarding the condition and pre-rental inspection of the vehicle have been shared with our team for review.
Helpful and friendly staff
