We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback regarding your recent RV rental experience. We are glad to hear that you generally had a good experience and that the RV was in good condition with no technical issues. We sincerely regret the inconveniences you encountered with the missing window lock, the absence of vehicle dimension stickers, and the lack of a broom. We also understand your frustration regarding the quality and pricing of the camping chairs, as well as the persistent issue with the bathroom doors. Your comments about the delayed pickup and the challenges with the final invoice at the San Diego location are particularly concerning, and we apologize for the extended wait and the confusion regarding the mileage charges. It is reassuring to know that our San Francisco team was able to efficiently address and resolve the issues you experienced during your stop there. We value your positive remarks about their service. We are actively reviewing your feedback to improve our processes and ensure a more seamless experience for our customers in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the frustration around the amount charged at pickup. The $2,000 amount reflects the security deposit required during special-event periods, which can be higher than the standard deposit. Our confirmation emails note that additional deposits may be required for events such as Burning Man, Coachella, Stagecoach, and NASCAR. If you would like the details of your reservation reviewed further, please contact our Guest Services team at [email protected]

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how an interaction at pickup can shape the tone of the entire rental, and we’re disappointed to hear that the conversation left you feeling uncomfortable. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the vehicle and the cleaning charge at return. Your comments have been shared with our team for further review.
