Elevate helps take the guess work out of getting a license. They can even do the application for the Arkansas card.

Having a very difficult time navigating this. I’m trying to pay the state fee, I’ve done everything else and I keep getting an error message. I paid extra for this process to be easier and it’s simply not.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty completing the state registration process. It sounds like you successfully completed your evaluation, but encountered an error while attempting to pay the required state fee through the state's website. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're expecting a smooth experience. While we do not control the state's payment portal, our team is always happy to help guide patients through any issues they encounter. If you haven't already, please contact our support team so we can review your situation and assist with next steps. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to help.
