We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when additional steps are required, especially after purchasing our VIP service. After reviewing your account, it appears your application required access to a previously created state account. For security and privacy reasons, only the account holder can recover or access those credentials. Our team provided the information needed for account recovery, guided you through the process, and confirmed your application was successfully submitted. Because we were unable to complete the full-service filing due to the account access limitations, we also refunded the VIP Full Service fee. We appreciate your feedback and are glad we were able to help get your application submitted. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team.

The doctor/worker that spoke with me over the phone video was very good at representing the questions he asked in a good manor that let me be able to easily understand how to answer them👍
