Thank you! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this wonderful 5 star review!
I find it expensive but also so much easier than taking my wheelchair-bound husband to his neurologist. $110 for less than 5 minutes of the doctor's time is outrageous, but I pay it because renewal is easy.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for sharing your honest feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that our telemedicine process has made things easier for you and your husband, especially given the challenges of travel. We also hear your concerns about cost. Our providers are required to thoroughly review each case and meet all state requirements to ensure safe, compliant approvals, even when the appointment itself is brief. This helps us keep the process as efficient as possible while still maintaining the highest level of care and compliance. Your input is very important to us, and we’ll continue working to keep our services both accessible and convenient. We’re grateful you’ve trusted us with your husband’s care, and we’ll be here to support you both whenever you need us. 💙
Listen folks. I paid, my application is still pending. I've tried to contact you with no reply.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to clarify that on our end, you’ve already been approved by one of our providers. Once that happens, the next step is with the state, as they must complete their review and finalize your application. Unfortunately, we do not control the state’s timeline. A member of our support team will be reaching out to you directly for any additional assistance. We understand how frustrating waiting can be, and we truly appreciate your patience as the state processes your application. Please know we are here to support you every step of the way.
