Thank you! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this amazing review! Made our day!
Elevate-Holistic helped me through the entire process - getting my photo right for the state requirements, the physician was so patient with my frustration with online connection, they kept in contact through each step and followed through the processing with the State until my application was approved. I have my renewed card!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing review! We appreciate you.
Everyone is very nice and helpful for the most part, but I felt misled by the extra charge I paid and I still had to go into the portal, and pa, another $25! I feel it's a rip off. Overall they're great. It wasn't all their fault, just frustrating.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — and we’re truly glad to hear that you found our team helpful and kind. That means a lot to us. We completely understand how frustrating unexpected fees can feel. To clarify, the additional charge you mentioned is a state-mandated fee required by the state— it goes directly to them and is separate from our telemedicine service. We make every effort to explain this during the booking process and in our confirmation emails so there are no surprises, but we know it can still feel frustrating when you get to the final step. We really appreciate you choosing us and are grateful for your understanding. If you ever have questions about fees or the process, our support team is always happy to walk you through it!
