Dear Souheir Hankir, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delivery issues with your order. We want to clarify that while we coordinate the shipment of your order, the final delivery is handled by your local carrier, Oman Post, a third-party service outside of our direct control. According to the tracking details, the initial failed delivery on October 19 was due to an incorrect address. However, we’re pleased to confirm that the latest update shows your order has now been successfully delivered. If you have not received the package or encounter any issues with it, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you enjoy your bracelets. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Ryan. We truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify our sizing process and address your concerns. Our sizing is based on circumference rather than length, which is why we provide a detailed measurement guide and size chart on our website to help customers find their perfect fit. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and want to ensure you have all the information needed for future purchases. Regarding the return shipping costs, we understand your frustration. While we don’t control carrier fees, we’re happy to explore solutions for you. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to assist. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d love the chance to make this right. Thank you for allowing us to improve.
