I had a great experience and I was extremely impressed with the representative's professionalism and customer service that he provided. The representative went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with all the answers given to my questions.

Michael Sangster was extremely polite and courteous. A high-quality employee. This was my third experience with calling in and he made the process quick and efficient. The second lady I talked to before was rude and condescending. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.

Very honestly the rep and others that have set us up with this service flew through everything and did not clearly explain the steps to log back into Converge, take payments via the app and Talco device. If it was not for the Elavon CS people, I would be very frustrated in trying to process payments, review my Converge account,etc.

Every time we need anything all of the customer support people are SOOOO helpful. Thank you for everything!
