Elavon U.S.Reviews of elavon.com

I spoke and worked with Angela today. She was amazing and knew her stuff. Super helpful! She was a breath of fresh air. I called her frustrated because I had spoken with another Elevon representative names Michael who was not helpful.

All of my needs were resolved on the phone call that made to you. I also was informed of another system I did not know about and the team member also helped with navigating the site. Please make sure she is commended for doing such a great job and providing such excellent customer service.

Professional and efficient

Shannon was very helpful.

Jessica was genuine & patient to guide me through figuring out what I was seeking, data wise. Once she found the answers I was looking for, she walked me through the process to register with Cisco, to access the information from Evalon and have that printed out. When I asked her further, how I could do a deeper dive into 2024 sales transactions, she informed me of "My Payments Insider" website. Jessica sent me a link to re-register into My Payments Insider website. She then walked me through the website to find the area where I could accomplish my goal. This call required 56 minutes to work out bugs with emailing, and occasional audible complications. I give Jessica high praise in her customer service abilities, clear communication, Knowledge of the products she represents, plus how to best access those products. She was calm, confirming & very good at trouble shooting. I really enjoyed my experience with her help.

Pam my representative was very helpful and walked me through the steps to look up my account!

Really helpful and very patient.. I have called several months ago to fix the issue and was told by another employee that ”i have to wait for a new update for the terminal and the update will automatically update itself” while the whole time i just needed someone knowledgeable like this lady. Thanks to her i forgot her name but she fixed the problem over the phone and walked me thru it with no problems

Do not use them. I was a long time customer since 2013. My machine said it needed a update in 2021 or it would not work any longer. I contacted US bank branch front workers and the manager at the time. They did not know. It was like a doomsday countdown to the machine not working. It started at 100 days. As it got close to 0 I went back to the bank and came back empty handed again. Wildly the it actually went to negative numbers after it hit zero and kept working for a while until it finally stopped. At this time I was checking my mailboxes on the internet and her at my buisness trying to find a clue or a new provider. We went for a while not being able to use cards. I have to say it's a big difference for customers when that happens. After getting a new provider I had alot of surgeries so when I would remember and feel good I would go down to 2 separate branches trying to find out what these charges are that they could not remove. They would take my info and eventually we would all forget about it until I remembered again. The latest started in late Sept early October I met with someone who was very enthusiastic. They were on it. Still I didn't get information until December she got me a number to someone who had a different system. He helped me get information to close it. I called and was able to get it done. I talked to the person and asked about all of these years of it not working ect. They said they would get back to me. They did not so this week I went through it all again. Today I got a call that said basically too bad its company policy.
