Very good experience, very helpful and patience

Valerie was very helpful and understanding of my issue with my 'ancient terminal' and offered a solution to address thsi.

Valerie was very helpful and quickly had my problem solved. I wish all customer reps elsewhere had her efficiency and friendliness.

Fees are too high and their customer services are horrible. Ghey need to be reprimanded and fined and/or out of business

My customer service experience was fantastic - exceeded expectations. Related to our business, we have numerous vendors to deal with. Most make us jump through tons of hoops, are apathetic and/or unpleasant. The woman I worked with today was very pleasant and incredibly helpful. She addressed my issue and went above and beyond to anticipate additional questions I didn’t even know I had.
