Update: Paypal help me get the 2.25 refund Like many, I ordered masks. They said, "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent". Heard nothing for a month and checked in. They claimed back order due to 3M rerouting to 1st responders. Fine, I get that. First, let me know that so I'm not waiting/expecting it. Second, refund everything I spent - it's just a few clicks on your end.

Product came as promised and works as prescribed

Took them a month and the order was not shipped. I asked for an update and they cancelled my order and, get this, charged me $5. WHAT THE ****?

I understand that they're having issue with orders. I placed my order in February. I'm still waiting. I have received emails about my order. Still I'm getting very concerned with my order. I really need them for work.
