I just purchased and received my merchandise that I was not able to find on Amazon. Nothing else special.

ordered, took a couple weeks to get parts in, emails asking where the parts were and they were very quick to respond, pleasant to talk with and when the part came in they were shipped fast. thank you will order from again..

I purchased they went out of stock on, so without notifying me, they sent me a different product. Now I’m trying to return it and get a refund, and the email reply Is still yet to come.

I didn’t have any trouble finding the Klein Tools items by their part numbers. Once I placed the order, I got shipping notifications and they arrived in perfect condition. Trying to deal with Home Depot is almost impossible.

Took a week before item shipped out.
