Took a long time to receive

Great product at a great price. Shipment well packed. Fast and efficient delivery.

We purchased a product on 2/29/24 and just received it today 6-10-24. They sent me an email letting me know it was back ordered, however you charged the credit card for the product when we placed the order. There was no communication during this time as to if there were any updates or what was going on with the order. I had to look up the company online and email to inquire about the order. We have not had any problems in the past, this time was not a very good experience.

Customer service was GREAT and the PERSON HIMSELF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.

The prices on Koken and PB Swiss products are VERY reasonable. I also had an issue with an order and the staff responded to my voicemail so quickly I couldn’t help but be impressed. I am a lifelong customer now. Oh and shipping is reasonable and prompt as well.

The product was shipped on your end promptly but got delayed in the mail. It took a week longer then expected. Happy with the product and your service.

You did your job and you did it expeditiously.
