Poorest mower I have owned in 50 years. Side chute throws clumps, mulching deposits clumps, bagging deposits ribbons of grass in the wheel tracks. You have to blow the lawn every cut to remove grass ribbons. The only way to avoid having to blow the lawn is to cut using a 12' width. Does not lift the grass well, anything other than a max height level 6 cut causes the blade to seize. Wish I had my 7 year old Toro back! EGO told me I could take it in for a checkup but the shop said it would be a month after drop off before they could even look at it.

J’ai acheté à l’été 2024 la tondeuse ego avec une batterie supplémentaire, après la première été j’aurais dit que j’étais relativement satisfait de mon achat, il me fallait un peu plus que deux batteries pour faire mon terrain, ceci étant dit je ne perdais pas de temps puisque je mettais ma première batterie sur le chargeur lorsque je passais a la deuxieme et j’avais bien plus d’énergie que j’avais besoin lorsque je la remettais pour les dernieres minutes. Cette année, mes deux batteries ont facilement perdu le quart de leur endurance, j’ai besoin de plus de 4 batteries pour faire le meme travail que l’année precedent, une des deux batteries ne charge plus a 100% et elle s’eteint lorsqu’il reste deux barres sur 5. Le plus frustrant c’est que je dois arreter environ 1h en plein milieu de la job pour recharger, parce que quand je finis ma 2e batterie la premiere qui est sur le chargeur est à peine a 40%. La tondeuse n’est pas particulièrement puissante mais pour vrai ça va. Mais a 400$ la batterie je m’attendrais a ce qu’elle me donne un rendement adéquat plus qu’une seule saison. pour un ensemble de 1000 $ (tondeuse + batterie supplémentaire) je trouve que pour ce qui est d’en avoir pour son argent… on est tres loin du compte

STAY AWAY! 4 years ago I sold off all my gas powerred equipment and bought pretty much the entire EGO line, that included 5 batteries and two chargers.The tools work fine so far, but the batteries are terrible. EGO says they are good for 1000 charges, I'm around the 200 level now and four of the five batties will not hold a charge. Called EGO and was told "Sorry, but our warranty is only good for 3 years". It would cost $1300 at Lowes to replace them, It is cheaper for me to buy to buy a whole new product line which includes the batteries!

Brought an Ego lawnmower and snowblower. I thought it would be a nice environmental impact. But after a couple of years they are destined for the landfill. The batteries are the worst on the market. The people at Ego should learn that being the most expensive battery doesn't make you the best. I have two 7.5 batteries and can't get the lawn mower running for more that 20 minutes. Customer service is not existent. I have used other products like Dewalt for over a decade without battery problems. Ego batteries are garbage and are destined for landfills very early.

Uneven cutting for lawnmower. It is lightweight and quiet. However, the cut is uneven. It came with mulch blade installed which I prefer. I bought it in May 2025. The problem is it will leave uncut lines in grass. I called customer service to troubleshoot. The person had no idea and suggested I mow it twice and at a very low height. I would return it if I could.

My 4.0mah battery has died not even a year aster purchase and only about 16 charge cycles. Numerous emails sent and nothing received back. I will be taking my complaint further

I bought an Ego lawn mower.. Very poor customer service. I called 5 times. Two times the reps spoke poor English. Two times very unhelpful. Finally, the last time, the rep was helpful. No tech knowledge.

I have a snt2120ap snowblower that doesn't work at all, I called customer service and they were quick to assist and are sending a brand new snowblower directly to my house since the closest repair station is over 60 miles away
