At the beginning of this season, I bought a competitors weed eater. Impressed with its overall performance. I became disappointed with issues of quality of production because I began running into issues with heavy use issues. I decided to pay a little more and try.the Ego power+ weed eater. After using this for one hour I can already see a large difference in performance. As it seems, this may be much better for heavy use and look forward to future use of other tools from Ego.

had my EGO snow blower and lawn mower stolen. filed police report. They asked me to give them serial numbers (which I did not have). Called Ego to see if they could help. Spoke to a very helpful man named Alex. He was very patient and, after finding out I did not register them (my bad) he asked if I had the batteries...I did! He took the numbers and the model of the ego as well as the dates on the batteries and figured out the serial numbers! He helped SO much and was VERY patient. I can not thank Alex and Ego enough for hiring such amazing employees. I am a customer for life and have already ordered repalcements!

I have Ego 28 " snowblower, I love it. I have the 22 inch select cut dual battery mower. Absolutely blown away by the performance and the cut. I also have the snow shovel and hedge trimmer. All have performed flawlessly. I don't abuse them. I realize they are for residential use. So they fit my needs perfectly. I have never been very good at maintenance and that is the reason I chose Ego. Very little maintenance. But registering all of them was a very prolonged and difficult process .That definitely needs to be improved.

WOW, I am shocked to read all the negative reviews about EGO. I'm so glad that I didn't read these before spending $15,000 with them. Everytime I call their customer service line, they help me very well. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my new T6 Tractor riding lawn mower that I just bought last week. They are very helpful to me. I am a convinced EGO customer. Over the past year, I keep buying their products. I spent at least $15,000 with them since 2025. I have over 30 of their products including 20 batteries anywhere from 2.5ah to 12ah batteries. The warranty is awesome. I get 5 years on my 6 12ah batteries and 3 years on everything else. So far I never had to use the warranty. I even have 5 battery chargers. All work great. All their products work excellent for me. The batteries all last a very long time. I never have any issues with any of their products. Maybe I got lucky. I use everything every week and have 1 acre yard to mow and a 2 long 12 car driveways to snow plow every winter at least 15-20 times a season. It's amazing how well everything works. I'm very impressed. I will continue to keep buying from them. It's so much better than using gas products. No noise and no mess. No oil, no gas, etc.

Been slowly switching to electric outdoor implements. Purchased a two stage electric snow blower last year and a weed trimmer this year. They've both been great products. Previous snow blower despite storing it properly was always difficult to start despite having it serviced. Long battery life and no more mixing fuel or, carrying fuel in a car or truck. The weed trimmer has more torgue than my Stihl weed Wacker and line replacement is simple and you never have to use a bump feed as it automatically does it for you. Electric batteries have come a long way. All of the major implement manufactures are going this way.

We have had our EGO for 8 yrs. The propelled finally wore out had to buy one battery we have use our from May to end of Sept in Okc Ok for 8 summers! We feel we got more than our moneys worth! Easy to use push a button to start! We are going to buy another one!

I purchased the EGO battery power chain saw. It has been a great light weight saw. The battery held up 2 hours before recharging. Cuts smooth and it’s not loud like my gas chainsaw. Since we went through an ice storm this year. I had so many broken tree limbs in my yard. This saw has been great with its performance. I would definitely buy the EGO battery power tools again!!!!!
