Hi Alyssa, we’re sorry to hear about the mix-up with your order. Our team has already arranged for the correct item to be reshipped and will share tracking details once it is dispatched. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this matter. – Team Editorialist
The price was right and shipping was fast. My complaint is that I had to reach out to the company to provide me a shipping/tracking number and the trouble ticket was closed out without resolving the issue. I did have to email the company multiple times. I will probably use them again.

Hi Anthony! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To clarify, when you reached out to our support team on October 4th regarding tracking, the tracking number, UPS details, and a direct link were included in our initial response before the ticket was resolved. However, we understand there may have been some confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We’ve taken action to ensure important details like tracking information are more clearly highlighted in future communications to prevent similar misunderstandings. We truly value your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
Easy instructions for return. Straight forward.

Friendly However did not provide the solution to the key element of my problem that I needed to uncheck the use as shipping address box which would then open up the data fields for me to put in my home address which would then give the credit card company my home zip to check against

Hi Chris! Thank you so much for your honest review and for highlighting the part of the process that caused confusion. We completely understand how that checkbox—located in the upper right corner when entering address details—can be easy to miss. We've already shared your feedback with our team to explore how we can make this step clearer for future shoppers. We're really glad you were able to figure it out, and we’re here if you ever need help again.
After receiving this email for the last week or so, I feel as if there's the same resources sited over and over. Not enough variety for me.

Hi Beth! Thanks for sharing your feedback—it really helps. Totally get where you’re coming from. We know it can feel a bit repetitive when the same types of resources show up too often. We’ve passed your note along to the team, and it’s a good push for us to mix things up more moving forward. If there’s anything specific you’d like to see, feel free to let us know—we’re always open to ideas. Appreciate you being here with us!
I ordered a pair of very expensive pants for my Granddaughter right after Christmas on Jan 2nd and have not received them yet. It was a Christmas gift to replace another pair of pants that she didn’t like. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting. A few days after I wrote this review, I noticed that this company refunded my money for this order. Thank you. I’ll now change my stars from 1 to 4 although no email or notice of any kind was sent to me. The refund was a pleasant surprise as I thought for sure I had lost my $$.
