They didnt put my sticker for my next oil change in my window like they usually do. Now im wondering if they did the oil change at all.

I’ve been a customer for years at the Downtown Cleveland location. I’ve always been pleased with their work. I love Bruce the manager. He’s very kind and always willing to help. I just wish that when getting a diagnostic test that they would waive the cost and apply to your bill if you choose to have them do the work and fix the issue that they recommended. You shouldn’t have pay for the test and the repairs. I may have gotten more repairs completed if I didn’t have to pay for the test. They would have found out about the issue anyway doing their courtesy inspections.

Manager was proactive: called as soon as he determined he was over-scheduled for on-hand staff. Offered to reschedule for another day. I was able to address my two primary concerns on my own in less than an hour.

I had to schedule an appointment next week, because the only time slots available for 4/27 were in the afternoon.
