Received my scooter after a little hiccup that was sorted out super fast by the companies customer service, who were amazing, very professional and lovely to deal with. My scooter arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and does a brilliant job. I have my independence back. Very good price, but independence is priceless.

Great customer service! They will contact you asap if they miss your call, so far, I enjoy the scooter. It was easy to unfold and fold, and the speed is magnificent. And the front and back light I love, thank you. So much. P.s. I just gave you all a new customer about a week ago From canada...

I purchased two of your scooters and neither of them work. What is worse than the scooters is your useless customer service. I’m still waiting for shipping labels.
