I paid for a LG 65" Dec 02 2018. I have emailed, Called and text several times trying to find out the status of my order. Now the website is shut down completely. Looks like im out my money?

I have no problem with eBuyUSA. Ordered LGOLED65B7A online and due to concern after reading all the negative reviews decided to call them and spoke with Albert. He was very informed about the different assembly sites and build quality. As I expected he did inform me that my low price quote was for a new 2017 model with numerous potential issues. I decided to upgrade to the 2018 model with improvements. Yes the B7A is still in production. The TV arrived in less than one week and was in perfect condition. No issues at all. Very pleased. The build was May 2018 having upgrades. No voice sync issues, display defects and hopefully less potential screen burn. You have to do your due diligence and be aware of what you are buying. They are reputable!

Ordered a television. Rep even called to confirm order and delivery method. Then no communications at all. None. Called to get an ETA on the delivery. Apparently they no longer have the item they had listed, and allowed me to purchase, so decided to just not fill the order. No communications, no notifications, no alternative options, nothing. Guy on the phone knew nothing other than they didn't have the item so the order was cancelled. Very abrupt and unapologetic. Only reason they get two stars is because I was never charged for the order.

I had searched for the "out the door" price for a Sony XBR-55A1E. They had the best price I found. From payment to delivery was about 7 days. Not only was the price good, but the picture, and sound, was peerless. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend ebuyusa.com to anyone looking for any electronic product.

bait and switch pricing. Once you decline to pay the additional 30% price for the "better" version. The fall off the map. The website is a false price to generate an upsell. The price you paid won't be charged, and the item will not be shipped.

Don't waste your time. It's scam site. 1. Your order products, probably unrealistic price 2. They never confirm your order, until you call them. 3. They will say, it's out of stock, but, ask you to upsell other models. 4. If, you refuse to accept their upsell offer. They will make you wait for endless time. Result, you will waste months of time, will find this is scam business. Stay away, ignore this site. I don't know how US authority let them do this kind of business. It's awful.

Not a integrity company - DONT SHOP at Ebuyusa “I ordered the Samsung Qled 65 TV $1126.02 on 01/21/2018 until know still pending delivery. I was email and no response. I called 3 time got hand up and 1 time push me on hold for 40 mins and tell me ordered is out of order, let me wait another 2 week may be available, but I checked they are website the product still available just the price changed to $1584. Ebuyusa not a integrity company.
