Hello, We are very sorry that your return has resulted in this situation, and we understand how frustrating it must be when a parcel is lost in transit. We would, however, like to clarify that we do not refuse refunds for products that are properly returned and received by us. Unfortunately, in this case, the returned parcel never arrived at our premises. Once a return is handed over to a postal or courier service, we have no control over the parcel while it is in transit. If the carrier loses the shipment before it reaches us, we are unfortunately unable to refund a product that we have neither received nor been able to inspect. Regarding the customs declaration, any customs information should accurately describe the contents and nature of the shipment. We certainly do not want customers to provide inaccurate information to customs authorities. We are sorry that your parcel was lost, but we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that this makes our company a scam. We are a legitimate business and take customer service and product support very seriously. If you still have the return tracking number, proof of postage, or any documentation from the carrier, please contact us directly. We will be happy to review the situation again and provide any information we can to assist you with a claim with the shipping provider. Kind regards, Ebikes Parts and Accessories

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. The BadassBox normally requires the correct installation, magnet positioning and adjustment for the specific bike and speed sensor. In some cases, what initially appears to be a faulty unit can be resolved with the correct setup or by checking compatibility with the bicycle. We certainly do not want any customer to be left with a product that they cannot use. Please contact us directly by email with your order number, bike model, motor system and, if possible, a few photos of the installation. Our technical team will be happy to assist you and determine whether the issue is related to installation, compatibility or the device itself. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty and return conditions. We are sorry that your experience has led you to describe our business as a scam, but we respectfully disagree with that characterization and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue with you directly. Kind regards, Ebikes Parts and Accessories
Great product and service. Shipped from Bulgaria to Belgium by DHL, received it within two days. Follow up May 2023: The part I purchased stopped working after about 11 months. I contacted the seller, we had a quick problem investigation, they decided to replace the product. I sent back the defective unit and received a brand new one in a matter of days. Great aftersales service as well.
