FUYEZ !!!

Hello, We are sorry to read your comments, but we strongly disagree with the accusations of fraud and theft made in this review. We would like to clarify that Ebikes Parts and Accessories is a legitimate online business and, as such, our registered/business address should not be interpreted as a physical bicycle shop open to the public. Regarding your order, if an advertised product became unavailable or there was an issue with the promotional price, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A customer should never be required to proceed with a purchase at a different price if they do not wish to do so. If your order was cancelled and a refund remains outstanding, please contact us directly by email with your order number and payment details so that we can investigate the transaction and, where a refund is due, resolve it accordingly. We also want to make clear that we do not create or manipulate customer reviews, and we take accusations of this nature very seriously. We understand your frustration, but repeatedly describing our company and its staff as "thieves" and "scammers" does not accurately represent our business or help us resolve the underlying transaction. We remain available to review the order and address any legitimate outstanding refund or payment issue. Kind regards, Ebikes Parts and Accessories
