Support is great. Oleksander is a great agent! The service is good... but I'd like the ability to use my own caching plugins instead of the default. Sites can run a little more slowly than I'd like - even when optimized. I'd like the managed Wordpress solution for "power users" (marketed as EasyWP Turbo) to compete with Kinsta.

It was my bad for reaching support too lately and trying to face all issues all by myself. In fact, this kind of hosting (the wp host by Easywp) clearly, doesn't work without a properly setup SSL. They replied super fast, are very engaged and easy to communicate with. It was my greatest experience so far with a customer support. Now my site works smoothly and the app is exactly as described.
