This service is just awful unless you’re a tech wiz. The user interface reminds me of America Online. Save your time and money if you care about value.

They still didn’t help me to get my submit button to where it would be highlighted and I could click on it to change my domain name on WP. It’s been 2 wks now and I still can’t click on my submit button. I read the reply and they did NOT fix the correct issue. (So, idk what they are talking about that they fixed!)

I paid $70 hoping for a smooth, professional website experience with EasyWP and Elementor. What I got instead was a slow, buggy, and frustrating mess. EasyWP promised fast, managed WordPress hosting. In reality, I dealt with constant caching issues, SSL took me a full week to set up, and a dashboard that felt outdated and unintuitive. It was slow, and basic tasks like plugin updates or backups became time-consuming headaches. Elementor, meanwhile, started off promising but quickly became a performance liability. Pages loaded slowly. I still needed third-party add-ons just to get basic features working. It felt like I was duct-taping my site together. After wasting $70 and countless hours trying to make this stack work, I’ve decided to move to Wix—and the difference is immediate. The editor is clean, responsive, and actually works. No plugins, no hosting drama, no broken layouts. Just a stable, intuitive platform that lets me focus on content and design. If you're considering EasyWP and Elementor, think twice. Wix may not be perfect, but it’s a breath of fresh air compared to the chaos I just left behind.

Hi Mohamed, Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences that you have faced with our services! If you can respond to the private request we just sent for more information on Trustpilot, we can get our team to look into this as a matter of priority. UPD: Thank you for the details. We located your chat sessions with our support team, and it seems that all the issues were resolved. We feel sorry that our services didn't meet your expectations and will work on further improvements. Best regards, Namecheap Team
for those who care about performance and SEO visibility. From the start, I faced issues with DNS settings and domain connection delays. Page load times were significantly slow, especially on mobile devices, which negatively impacted performance scores on tools like Lighthouse. The email service (PrivateEmail) did not integrate smoothly, and I had to manually adjust complex settings to resolve sending and receiving issues. I also noticed a serious drop in search engine crawling despite properly configuring SEO with Rank Math, which affected my site's visibility on Google News. Google Ads scripts further slowed down page loading, and there was limited flexibility to optimize or control the ad code placement. Technical support was underwhelming — slow responses and mostly generic answers. In summary: EasyWP may look simple and affordable on the surface, but it lacks the reliability and performance needed for professional or news-based websites.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to address the points you raised as transparently and helpfully as possible. Regarding the page load speed: while EasyWP provides a fast and lightweight hosting foundation, the actual website performance heavily depends on how the website is optimized. This includes the number and type of plugins used, theme efficiency, media optimization, etc. We understand how frustrating it can be to see slower speeds, but we can only suggest actions to help with optimization; we have limited control over site-specific configurations and third-party scripts. As for the Rank Math plugin, for it to function properly, certain rewrite rules need to be added to the web server’s configuration file. Such changes can be temporary and may be reverted — which may explain the issues you observed. We’d be happy to check if this was the case for your setup. We’re especially sorry to hear you found our technical support underwhelming. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. It’s always a good decision to contact us directly when such issues arise, as we can often resolve things much faster with the right context. To that end, we’ve sent you a private request for more details so we can look into your specific case further. If you respond, we’ll gladly assist and do everything we can to help improve your setup. We value your input — it helps us improve — and we hope to have another opportunity to support you more effectively moving forward. Best regards, EasyWP Team
I'm an independent author. Recently I came across a site, hosted by EasyWP reselling my work without the right to do so, along with direct copy-pastes of my own sites. It's blatant copyright theft & fraud. Despite contacting EasyWP (Namecheap) and notifying them of this (sixteen times to date) no action has ever been taken against this account. They prioritize shielding scammers over the people being scammed. As a Namecheap customer for many years (not for much longer) this is disappointing to say the least. If you want to do business with a decent company look elsewhere. If on the other hand you are looking for a host for your website reselling illegal content, EasyWP is highly recommended. Edit: In response to the reply. "the matter should be addressed to the hosting provider" Namecheap emailed me shortly after posting this reply, confirming that they were in fact the host. I had already confirmed this both with Namecheap & Cloudflare. "update from our Team with instructions provided via existing ticket" They finally sent a reply. In the reply they asked me to send the exact same information I had already sent 40 days ago.

Hello Martin, We take copyright concerns very seriously, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we truly want to assist. To investigate further and ensure the right actions are taken, we’ve sent you a private request for more details. Please share any relevant information, such as specific URLs or case references, so we can look into this matter. UPD: Thank you for details provided. Per our check, the matter should be addressed to the hosting provider to see if their terms of service have been violated. Unfortunately, there is no option for us to take actions since we do not control the hosting company in this instance. Also, there is an update from our Team with instructions provided via existing ticket. Please check it from your end and let us know if any assistance is needed. UPD2: Please accept our apologies for such confusing experience, we have double-checked the matter. Please rest assured that update was provided via existing NC-UXH-7107 Ticket, which is sent to the email address provided via Trustpilot. At this stage, please double-check your email in order to proceed with the case. Our Team will gladly assist you further. Best regards, Namecheap Team
My website seems to have been offline for a long time due to some kind of technical error at the EasyWp end. They have however been charging me throughout this period. Their replies are cut and paste and do not attempt to resolve the issue. I hope they do not reply with their standard message here also.
