Good service

In a world where customer service has declined so much of late, it was so refreshing to speak to customer support today. Olena was my guide and took me through each step really slowly and patiently. Such a great help to me as I'm not overly familiar with how these things work technically. I will 100% use these guys again and again.

Easywp is a very easy way to create a website in wordpress. If something goes wrong then the Namecheap staff are always on hand to help. They are fast and efficient and unlike some other hosting company the person you get to chat with has sufficient authority to actually make the changes - no need to escalate to a higher level. Excellent service
