Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. To clarify for future customers, EasyCoops DIY products are digital items, clearly described as downloadable PDF files at the time of purchase. We do not ship physical or printed copies, which is why the plans were delivered electronically. I understand this did not meet your expectations. To make things right, we’ve issued a full refund for your order. While we regret the misunderstanding, we do appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us improve clarity for all customers.

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced. We want to assure you that we sent your plans right away after the purchase, but it’s possible the email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder, which can sometimes happen with automated messages. After seeing your review, we’ve resent the plans to ensure you receive them. Please check your inbox and spam folder, and if you’re still unable to locate the files, feel free to reach out—we’re more than happy to assist!
